Mackintosh and the Making of The Willow
Working from Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s original drawings and conservation architects’ detailed models, we created the centrepiece film for the new Mackintosh at the Willow visitor centre. The film illustrates how the architecture and interior design of Mackintosh and his wife Margaret MacDonald created one of Glasgow’s most beautiful public spaces.We developed an architectural CGI model of the original tea rooms, applying additional detail and finishes. Our stylistic approach highlights Mackintosh’s masterful control of light and materials.
