• Justin Currie ‘What is Love For’ 12″

It’s 10 years since we designed what became the first of the four album covers we’ve created for ex-Del Amitri man Justin Currie.

‘What is Love For’ was released on New York’s Ryko Records and Justin has just regained the rights to the recording allowing him to release a limited edition vinyl version, giving us the chance to see our art direction and Mark Seager’s photography in all its intended 12″ glory.

  • Sigma Films Identity

We created a brand new animated identity for leading Scottish production company – and long time collaborators – Sigma Films. The brief asked for symbols and animation that would ‘decode the DNA of film’. We took inspiration from the electro mechanical rotor Enigma Cipher, spinning circular shutters, and early pre-film animation techniques, resulting in an animated ‘film cipher’.

We got to see it on the big screen at the Edinburgh International Film Festival premiere of Sigma’s latest release, Outlaw King, which is now available to stream on Netflix.

  • Signal Sounds Identity

We’ve just developed a bold, new identity for Jason Brunton and his new venture at Signal Sounds. The new venture, based in Glasgow, sells analogue and digital instruments with a heavy focus on modular synths. The graphic approach combines the ‘logical’ and ‘messy’ world of synth patchboards. A fully developed website will be coming in 2017.

    Project page coming soon.

  • On Trakke

Formed by ex-ISO member Alec Farmer we’ve created a new brand identity and website to showcase their adventure equipment. The brand work had to capture the rugged real world uses of Alex’s kit whilst also relaying their story and that of the suppliers and manufacturers they work with. Check out their gear – and treat yourself, everything comes with a lifetime guarantee!
