Winner of a total of seven Olympic Games medals, Sir Chris Hoy takes us on his amazing journey from a cycling club in Edinburgh to his Olympic successes and shows just what it takes to win gold.

The documentary features Andy Murray, Lennox Lewis, Sir Steve Redgrave, Rebecca Adlington and The Flying Scotsman himself Graeme Obree.

Concept, direction and design of the title sequence and the in-programme animations were completed by ISO’s Blair Harrower with additional character animation by Will Anderson. The animations are based on the ideas in sports psychiatrist, Prof Steve Peters’ The Chimp Paradox.
