ISO are again working with our friends at the Roman Baths in Bath and EVENT to develop a new interactive installation. It will allow the visitor to explore the entire Roman Baths complex as it would have appeared in its heyday on an immense 84” dual screen multi-user touch table.

While exploring a digital plan of the bathhouses, motion-captured characters of the period are presented on secondary screens to allow the visitor a cinematic view of day-to-day on-site, with the characters in their surroundings. The work is an extension of our original film and CGI installations for the Baths which used live action and animated characters to tell a series of narratives through the buildings and outhouse of the location.

We can’t show any shots of the interactive, but we can show you a picture of 10 of us trying to get the touchscreen back in its box!
