The UK’s largest Museum event the M+H Awards have just announced their shortlist for 2015 and three projects we worked on over the last year are in the running!
The Imperial War Museum’s First World War Galleries is nominated for Best Permanent Gallery. Working with exhibition designers Casson Mann and the Museums curatorial staff we were lead AV designers and created 17 media installations. Find out more here.
Shortlisted for the Restoration award is the home of British code breaking at Bletchley Park. Working with the data scientists at McAfee and the exhibition design team at Event we helped create the new Cybersecurity Gallery developed to educate kids about safety online.
The Science Museum’s Information Age Gallery has been shortlisted for the Innovation Award. We were one of the 6 creative teams approached by the Museum to create a storybox; authored interactive environments that reflect the impact of technology. ‘The Cell’ considers contemporary digital life and allows users to unlock content via their own mobile phones from a series of non-linear stories and contribute images, messages and data building up a live record of visitor interaction. This is the third year in a row ISO have been nominated for the Innovation Award.
The awards are announced at the ceremony on 29 April 2015.
