This month finally sees the re-opening of the new, redesigned HMS Victory gallery within the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. As part of the redevelopment, we’ve delivered the immersive centre piece ‘Remarkable Survivor’, along with a suite of interactive exhibits.⁠⁠

‘Remarkable Survivor’ is an ultra widescreen 50 foot wide film within the newly constructed cinematic auditorium; through a combination of dramatised period reconstruction and dynamic CGI the film tells the story of Victory’s 256 year history; from launch to her final present resting place within the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard – sat opposite the Museum itself.⁠⁠
