We were in Beijing earlier this month for ‘Time, Culture & Identity: A Digital Exchange’ – hosted by The Science Museum, bringing together leading digital creatives from both the UK and China. We joined Clay Interactive, Cogapp and Harmonic Kinetic for a fantastic week of visits, presentations, and ideas exchanges.
The week ended with a collaborative workshop to develop new interactive ideas for the Palace Museum’s collection of 18th century ‘Sing Sing’ automata, originally designed and shipped from the North of England as gifts for the Emperor and his court.
Thanks to all organisers and attendees for making it such a memorable experience and to AHRC for supporting the project.
