We designed the title sequence for Channel 4’s Upstarts, a documentary series that featured new talent in photography, film and the visual arts with one of the first TV appearances from photographer Rankin and film director by Nick Love. We built a massive set in an old sugar house in Glasgow and created the typography out of fluorescent tubes. All animation was completed in camera.
