About the Role:

You will lead the production of innovative projects from concept to delivery, building strong client relationships while managing both creative and technical teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, ensuring excellence in execution while maintaining ISODESIGN’s high creative standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with international reach and cultural significance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full production lifecycle of projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Lead and coordinate in-house and remote creative teams, providing clear direction
  • Develop and track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors and technical teams to realize project vision
  • Attend client meetings and site visits, including international travel
  • Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and agreements
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and excellence

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in producing games, animation, or interactive media development
  • Experience managing projects with budgets over £300k
  • Strong track record of successful project delivery, on time and within budget
  • Experience managing and motivating creative and technical teams
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong financial management and budgeting abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and translate creative concepts into practical production plans
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, shoots and project installations

 

What Would Be Helpful (But Not Essential):

  • Experience working with cultural institutions, museums, or brands
  • Knowledge of immersive technologies
  • Understanding of physical installation and exhibition requirements
  • Background in film, TV, games, animation, or interactive media
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management
  • Foreign language skills
